Come Relax to Soundwell Boise on the Weekend! 

Note: We are now hosting our Soundwell Boise Sound Baths with Gordon, Debby and Evelyn one Saturday a month. See updated schedule on our home page for exact dates.  It's NOT necessary to RSVP or pre-register to attend these events. We draw people from several sources and average 40-50 attendees. We have plenty of chairs and floor space.

What is it?

Immerse yourself in a Saturday Sound Bath at Garden City Chamber Room! Relax your body and quiet your mind. Release unwanted tension and stress. Access beneficial energy and improve your overall wellness. Our instrumentation may include crystal singing bowls, bronze gongs, tongue drums, ambient keyboard, chimes and more. 

Here's the time schedule:

• Doors Open - 12:30 pm

• Welcome & Announcements - 1:00 pm

• Doors Closed & Music Begins - 1:15 pm

• Music Ends & Social - 2:15 pm

• Room Vacated - 2:45 pm

 

How to find us:

Enter either doorway at library/city hall and follow signs to The Chamber Room. Dress warmly, bring blanket, etc. We will greet you inside the room and help you get settled.

Event Guidelines:

• Arrive early so you're ready to relax when we start promptly. Our regular attendees are settled on time and have asked that latecomers not disturb them. Thank you for accommodating their request.

• If you wish to lie down, bring a mat, pillow, blanket, etc. If you tend to fall asleep when lying down, please choose to sit.

• Chairs provided, or you may bring your own folding one to be more comfortable.

• Attend often, the more consistently you experience our specialized sounds, the more beneficial they will be for you. Consistent attendees often tell us how well it's working for them.

• We audio record each event and post within a day at our Media Archive where you may listen directly and even download free for your own use. Headphones always recommended for best effect.

• This event is offered without door charge (you may attend for free) but we accept donations from those who can help, by cash or venmo @Gordon-Rosenberg-3 (x5411 if they ask for it). $10-$20 sliding scale suggested.  The room is provided to us by the library, but we are not paid for our services. We appreciate your support!
